All around terrible experience with my order

The fit was far too large around the midsection for an XL. However, my bad review comes from the fact that I tried to reach out in order to see if I could exchange it as I do like the design, as well as to exchange my other item as I’ve never ordered from this site before and no one got back to me. My shipping was also massively delayed, I was lied to about when it would arrive and had to pay an upgraded shipping fee on my own just to get it in time before leaving to be on the road again( Im a truck driver). I find out that on the site it’s the customers fault if they get the size wrong. There is no way to know how your clothing fits if I’ve never ordered it before. This stuff really is my style and I love the designs and quality, but with the slew of bad experience I had with my first order I won’t be buying anything again.
