Would give it 0 stars but needs 1 to submit. Horrible customer service. No help no reply on damaged product. Says it will replace but no response from them. No accountability no more purchasing from a Horrible and fraudulent organization.

Materials feel cheap. It leaks at the mounting point to the wall. But, the water feels awesome and the shower jet settings are nice. Don’t buy it. Just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot where there are actual reputable producers. After a couple months, the whole thing is falling apart.

Was not worth the money at all waste of money again the Alpenforce showerhead that is just like this one that they call it a knock off did the same exact thing as this one. After about two uses, I started feeling like pins or needles hit your skin because the things on the showerhead wouldn’t all come out with water in them like they were plugged up so that made other holes on it. Water come out harder and it would sting like needles sticking you.
