Have usually used traditional Valeo belts in the past with oly/powerlifting. Changed over to this belt to better handle different movements in a WOD and couldn’t be happier. Great security and more confidence when working with heavier weight and am able to loosen quickly when needed. Very happy with my purchase. Plus the design is awesome and stands out in the gym! People love it.
