I'm pretty disappointed. Overall the quality is nice but the personalization is lacking. Out of the box the front at the ornament looks like the wording has rubbed off. And I asked for the year to be on the front as well and it's not. I have a picture I took as soon as I opened the box but don't see a place to upload it.
