In theory, this toy seemed like a good idea. I thought my pup would use this toy as a pillow like he does his snuggle puppy. The blanket came apart from the toy as it was unpackaged (packaging had a lot of unnecessary plastic clips), but customer service was great and offered me a replacement or refund. I chose the refund as the calming element of the toy didn't seem to work for my dog - he thought it was like any other toy and didn't experience any reduction of anxiety. Might work for other dogs. Wish they offered separate small (smaller than the S/M size) and medium versions.
