The hat is awesome but when I tried to exchange the person that emailed me wanted me to pay for sending it back since my husband got the same hat for his birthday and then to exchange for another it would be $18 to ship another when shipping is only about $8. As much money as I and my husband spend with this company this is unreasonable customer service.
