Deer Scene - Steel Sign

I sent 6 emails trying to change my order from the 15 inch to the 18 inch and never received a response (the first one just 3 minutes after placing my order). Still no response to any of them and it’s been over a week. The item is nice though but really wanted the bigger size instead. Poor customer service.

Very nice quality made and a nice thickness of steel . There was NO INFO on if it needed additional priming or painting to use outside in the weather . No info on what the finish that was applied was just indoors or also outdoor ready ? No screws or nails etc included to attach the sign nor any suggestions on what to use or not use to attach ?
