Apple Spice Turkey Brine

I actually brined the breast only it's just my wife and I. Because of that I only used half strength on the brining liquid. Should have gone ahead and used the full recipe. The breast was still tender but the flavor could have been a little better. Lesson learned. Keep up the good work on your products. I love them!

This is the best brine I have ever used. I add chicken broth and apple juice. It is the juiciest turkey by far.. Thank you for making this brine.

I have smoked on spit in my Hasty Bake charcoal oven for the last 5 years and each year I seem to try a new brine. The entire group I fed this year agreed this was the best. The only improvement I will make next time is to coat skin with melted butter and do quick hot finish in the oven to crisp up the skin. I will be using this again.
