X7 Max Folding Electric Scooter

Customer service, Frankie, during ordering was fantastic. I ordered a new and refurb, but the agent let me know of a few scratches, showed pictures etc. I decided to go new instead and they made the switch and still gave me the fathers day coupon which had expired. We're enjoying both scooters.

It's a pretty good scooter all in all. The only real issue that I had was adjusting the maximum speed limit. Beyond that, it's pretty much everything that I personally needed in a scooter. The feature that I like the most is the removable battery as I live with several roommates, and between them and myself, there's very little room for additional items taking up space in our apartment. I like that I can take the battery out to charge inside, while I put a tarp on the scooter and leave it on the balcony. Super convenient.
