GORGOEUS gilttery shimmery blue its so pretty im in love i am tan and it still shows up amazing i love layering it with the other blues in the collection

This is not pigmented on brown skin you have to dig in the pallet for it to have some payoff it's patchy and the shimmer is not there would not recommend
