Great lenses; better customer service

This is the second time I order these drop-in lenses for my Aviator frame. This time I around, I ordered two pairs - one to replace my years old Fuse, another to repair a second pair of original Aviator lenses, that - as usual - shattered at the first drop. The lenses are great and I'm perfectly happy with them. What is remarkable this time around - and the reason why I decided to write this - was the customer service. I was in between addresses across different states, miscommunication happened, and my order was still delivered at my old address, to which I no longer have access. Sure enough, as soon as they (Kayla) heard of the mishap, she immediately proceeded to make me whole at no extra cost. No hassle, no haggling, no questioning customer to save a few bucks. How can I possibly not be back when I need it again, and recommend it across the board. 5 stars!
