Nicht zu empfehlen. Der Laden ist nicht Kundenfreundlich und der Kurs war enttäuschend.

Barista Kurs 1 complaining
Dear 19 grams team,
I was participating in the barista 1 course on the 27/2/ 2026 (yesterday) - and I must say I was very disappointed.
The teacher was sweet and it had nothing to do with him - but it was not at all as it says in the description.
"...in order to train each participant intensively on the machine and create a sound understanding"
We didn't get to touch or try the machine one single time in the course. He talked about beans for 1,5 hour and 0,5 hour we looked at the machine. He didn't really show us how to do anything other than grinding beans and how many seconds the espresso shot should take.
On the description it says that we would learn how to froth milk - but he only showed it once, and then said that we could buy the "latte art course" if we would like to learn more.
It also says that we will talk about machine care, which we didn't do - only which water to use.
Overall I expected to get hands-on experience you could use in real life and maybe open up for some job positions - especially for that price you have to pay for it.

It was a good intro into coffee making, still would have been good to have a bit of hands on experience, like pulling a shot, ramping or foaming the milk. Trainer was knowledgeable and answering all questions.
