Sized DOWN a whole size!

I thought these would fit just like my other Lane boots. I returned them twice, going from 9.5 to 9 to 8.5 and then they fit, hoping they stretch a little. Otherwise, they're the perfect tan shade and I love them in suede. Customer service was so helpful and returns were easy to process.
