Wonderful Pandan flavoring I use for cocktails - really great that it's dye-free, since it gives me wide freedom of where to include it. Great flavor, and very authentic!

I had a dish at a restaurant I had to recreate: ube meringue pavlovas with pandan cream. I wanted something that tasted true and allowed me to control the color of the pandan cream. This worked an absolute treat. As soon as you open, you can just smell the pandan. It tasted great in the meringues. I'm so excited to find a high quality small business for flavorings ! (also got the ube one, they both worked together SO well)
