Product is cool. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered from Sgt Grit where there was no indication online that the item was on backorder. I ordered in January when it was freezing cold. It arrived 3 months later. It is now 80 degrees. I will enjoy this next fall/winter. I will never order from Sgt Grit again though. Had I known it wasn't in stock, I wouldn't have ordered.
