I contacted customer service three times and they will not refund this cooler. - 30 day money back guarantee- false. The cooler has to NOT have been used. How else would you know if you like the cooler if you don’t use it? -90 day limited warranty also did nothing for me. -keeps ice UP to 55 hours, mine was all water after 2 hrs. -straps are extremely uncomfortable when the cooler is full. -extremely difficult to put the cooler back in the pouch that it folds into. customer service was responsive and friendly but for 2 Fathers Day gifts $200+ this was not a good purchase. Very disappointed I will be receiving zero money back.
