I used to hold my tourniquet to my vest using a stretchy hair band. Those work great if you have nothing else. A quick rip and the TQ is ready for use. But, it leaves the TQ exposed a lot more to the elements and incomming debris. This taco holster offers the same quick rip to use a TQ fast, while keeping it more protected and less wobbly. Easy and secure attachment to any MOLLE or laser-cut MOLLE-like stuff.
