Kir Royale White Tea

This made a very smooth cold-infusion (also very easy), and the leaves are whole white needle pieces. I didn’t have to add any sugar to enjoy this beverage, but I think the fruity notes are brought out more with a bit of sugar added. The fruit flavor is on the lighter side. The tea is not bitter or sour at all, but has very delicate flavor.

This makes a delicious iced tea.

An absolute delight

I’ve been looking for years to find teas that can replace soda and this is definitely one of them.
