Unbelievable! So good! We go through a pound or more a month in our house of 4 . Serve it at parties with toasted walnuts,a great artisanal salami, and some Bordeaux and you’ll have a hit! The price for the quality is amazing. You won’t buy any other cheddar again UNLESS it’s the Cabot 10 year old!
