This is a good diaper, hadn't worn one in years. I remember the tabs being more secure than this version of the Supreme. It didn't seem to hold tight to tbe body like I'd like it to. The Supreme holds a decent amount of wetness, I'd say its a good 4-5hr diaper dependent on fluid intake. That's how long it lasted for me.
