No spray

The spray does not work or it is too tight, do not know what the problem is but have been unable to try them all, only 3 have spray correctly. Can u tell me how to open it and maybe that will release the spray? On the ones I have tried only one lasted a long time, which was great. In all I am disappointed on the spray bottles. The others are easier to use but the smell does not last long. This is my second time ordering samples and the first time I was very satisfies with the bottles, the smell in all a good experience. This second time ordering has been disappointed.
