I usually don't give reviews, but I had a terrible experience with this company. Our shipments were often late, and when we paid for express shipping, they shipped it ground, taking 7 days instead of 3. I spent over $100 on shipping and had trouble reaching them. I want a refund for the extra shipment cost for the express shipping I paid for.
