Great performance, loose shell

I’m really impressed with the quality of the cable; it feels very premium and performs well. Unfortunately, the connector shell on the USB-C end is loose. It’s a shame because the rest of the cable is truly top-tier. Note: The attached image is an illustration to clearly show the issue with the loose connector shell.
