Personalized Inspire Bracelet

Cute concept- but this was so tiny! Much much smaller than expected. The message written on the bracelet was also so small i could bare read it.

Update: They reached out to me and refunded the credit they owed me. I changed my review to reflect that. It was much appreciated. The product is fine but the customer service leave something to be desired. They gave me a $25 credit that they said could be combined with other offers. When I try to combine it with this purchase, they said I could not do it. When I wrote customer service they said oh yes you can and send us the order and we will credit you $25 towards this purchase. I sent three follow-up emails with the confirmation and invoice number and never heard back. So basically my $25 credit would have to apply to something else. Just on principle I will never buy from them again.

Love this company, their unique designs and the simpicity of their jewelry. I also had a minor issue with one of my purchases, they offered a solution within 24 hours.
