Pink Tie Blouse with Gathered Balloon Sleeve FW23

This lovely blouse is elegant and stylish while also child friendly and comfortable. The fabric is soft next to the skin, and very well-made with lovely tailoring and stitching. The pink color is very flattering on many skin tones. My daughter loves wearing this top with a fancy skirt for more dressy occasions, or for a more casual vibe with jeans or leggings.
