Arugula Sprouting & Microgreen Seeds

The microgreen seeds worked perfectly. Tasted great and I enjoyed them for a week. Looking forward to my next planting.

I don’t have any luck with growing it yet but I’ll keep trying. I thought I can sprout it in the jar but it like chia seeds that are slimy. I have them in a cly pot now and it’s growing but not that fast.
