One of the best cookbooks I have ever purchased. I am cooking my way through the book and haven’t found a bad tasting recipe yet. I love that the recipes are simple to understand and require ingredients that I usually have on hand in the kitchen. If you write another cookbook, I will certainly buy it! I really enjoy your stories and pictures about your travels and life aboard ship, too!
