CLAWS HEART ZODIAC STONE

I’ve been emailing for a replacement for weeks - The stone came with an obvious chip in it. It was a gift so I was hoping to have it replaced before my cousin’s birthday, but since I didn’t hear back I decided to give it to her as-is. It was really embarrassing and you could tell she was disappointed. I told her I’d keep trying to get it replaced but it’s been 3 weeks and no response to any of my emails. I’d be perfectly happy if I could just get the piece replaced with one that isn’t damaged!
