The botle is great. I really like how it keep my drink temperature. There is a learning curve to adjust the nipple just right to get the amount of flow. I am still working on that. I think using the dust cap helps. I look forward to the 30oz bottle for the long distance or bike packing cyclist.

Great product, extremly easy to drink from while riding and I never feel like I have to try, these bottles make hydrating effortless!
