Splendeur

The product quality is wonderful — I bought it as a gift for a friend and was very happy with it. However, the customer service was disappointing. I understand that I ordered mid-December (the 16th), which is a busy time, but as a resident of Quebec — and knowing this company is based in Quebec — I was very surprised that it took a good three weeks for the order to be delivered. When I contacted customer service twice during the wait, the responses were very short and not very helpful. It’s too bad the customer service doesn’t match the quality of the product.
