My finicky sock hating 3 year old actually loves these socks

My 3 year old is a bit nuts about socks. Hates putting them on, fusses endlessly to make sure the toe and heel line up perfectly, rips them off as soon as we're in the car. Getting her in socks and out of the house is a nightmare. I bought these socks for her older sister because I didn't want to buy expensive socks for a kid who will just hate them. Much to my surprise, my 3 year old has stolen these socks for herself and basically lives in them now. She LOVES them. Definitely makes me think the extra cost compared to cheap walmart or carter's socks is 100% worth it, not only for the warmth but also because apparently picky kids (or at least my picky kid) love to wear them. I do find that even though I am very careful about washing, they have pilled a lot. I don't really mind but if you're the kind of person who might mind that, just a warning.
