Best binder I’ve tried before, granted I’ve only tried two; its great! I can breathe in it, it’s not hot material, and is comfortable. It doesnt hurt you or hinder exercise. If you have a history of heartburn, be warned it does slightly worsen it over time but I’m sure thats true of binders in general. Their sizing system works better than others I’ve seen aswell.
