Disappointed with quality

Really disappointed with quality of product. Have tried contacting twice can only do it by email. I want to return this product but had no response. Very poor customer service. The blanket came very quickly but the quality of the material is not good, the edges were badly sewn, rough edges, caught material. The front was fine the name and picture fine but I wanted to give this as a present it was £45.00 per blanket and I could buy the same blanket elsewhere for less than £5.00 Extremely disappointed
