Exactly what I was looking for and more! Being an experienced ECE Teacher and working as a Director of services previously, when it comes to setting up my own family day care, I didn’t want another box program. More pointless boxes to fill. These planners are amazing because it provides a lot of freedom while still making sure everything is covered. I love Victoria’s guidance around setting goals to return to - this is the single best idea I’ve ever heard and makes programming and planning so simple and so relevant! Big fan x
