Using Scotch Bonnets originally sourced from Jamaica, I have been growing Scotch Bonnet peppers in Seattle for the last several years. Every season I make a small batch of pepper sauces featuring this wonderful pepper.

Yummmm
Not sure what to write besides like all Herban Farm’s sauces this is fantastic. When I want a less spicy, but super flavorful hot sauce this is my go-to (don’t get me wrong though, to most people this is probably pretty spicy).

The best red!
My husband and I LOVE this hot sauce. Nothing beats these Scotch Bonnet sauces. We make a burger/fry sauce by mixing the hot sauce, mayo, and cooked garlic... 🤤🤤🤤 We've tried many other sauces, and none taste as good!

The name ain't lyin!
My gf had picked up the Rude Boi hot sauce to try when she was visiting the area. It has an excellent blend of sweet and heat that builds as you eat more. I am someone who loves very hot, and I found that this was the perfect amount of heat for me. Suffice it to say, this sauce was was so good that I had to order more and try a few of their other sauces as well! Da Real Tiing (Red) Sauce was so good! Much less heat than the Rude Boi, but still excellent flavor and heat, I highly recommend giving it a try!
