Misleading

The website shows white products for all the pictures of products but then has the actual color of the product in the description. Customer service is fast to respond with no help. If you need to return the item the shipping expense is the buyers responsibility. I’ll probably think twice before buying Regalo direct from the website again. It’s better to buy from Amazon.

Wrong color

The picture for this item shows it is white but it is actually gray. Regalo needs to update the website to show this. I tried to exchange the item for white but apparently have to pay return shipping. I’ll buy a different brand if that’s your customer service.

Fixed everything

The extension was the fix and now the gate works perfectly. We love how easy the gate is to use. Well made!
