This is the first ever all-inclusive bundle I've seen for meal prepping. Most people sell or give a free shopping list, then you have to go do all the hard work of compiling the recipes. I was so thrilled to find someone who does all this hard work AND THEN SOME for people like me, exhausted of the hassle and guesswork of meal prepping.
