I contacted them immediately by email and by phone, sending them a screenshot of the actual order and a picture of the items received. The item in question was returned using their royal mail reply paid label on 22nd July. I kept an eye on the tracking and noted that as of today, Royal Mail has tried all week to deliver this item. It is of no concern whether they accept the delivery or not. All I want is a refund. I sent another email, giving them the tracking number, and today, I telephoned and spoke with someone from the salon. She took my details and said she would pass it on.
