Ordered Tongue & Groove and another wallpaper March 10th. Received what was labelled my order the following week. Contacted on 16th March via live chat as it did not depict the listing. In summary, I was given the view that this was likely to be deemed my fault as I didn’t order a sample despite how vastly different they were. Unfortunately I didn’t get any help. I was told it was Monday job and asked to email. Emailed all information that evening. Didn’t hear Monday 18th Didn’t hear Tuesday via email despite following up the previous evening. Two calls Tuesday afternoon which I returned and got to voice mail – I didn’t hear back after leaving a message on the Tuesday. Wednesday, I got an automated thank you for your order email – that’s how I was notified they clearly made an error and no acknowledgement was provided. Received an email on the Friday saying it had been reordered, that was almost 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the product we ordered. Despite this I believe I am now up to 3 emails asking me to review the product. So I still can't comment on the product but I do think there are big opportunities in the service and withholding of emails asking for reviews when orders are not delivered how they should be.
