I am a marketing professional for products like this and I have been using Pravana for at least a decade and love their line. But this is just wrong and deceptive advertising on all levels. May hair is DULL now after using the product. The Color is INACCURATE. My color was to be a LIGHT ASH BLONDE and is now a DARK MOUSEY BROWN! I followed the instructions. Used Pravana ZERO LIFT Put it on for only 20 minutes. Washed it out and my hair color is FOUR shades darker and dull. The product washed out leaving my hair feeling blah. NOT silky! NOT nourished like other glosses I've used like Sebastian or even Clairol. I put on conditioner and that helped a lot. Or else my hair would have felt like the gloss pulled out moisture not deposited anything. The color is WAY OFF clearly since I love to experiment with warmer tones and lighter in the summer and darker in the winter, but THIS??? DON'T BOTHER using this unless you want to put something like a semi-permanent in between your regular coloring, BUT remember it will make your hair look drab. Not multifaceted like I usually get. I'm requesting my money back and I am calling Pravana. Their labs and new product department made a very low budget product with a very high profit margin, but that's also how you lose customers. I only used 2.5 oz. I want a return. I don't like giving reviews like this. I wanted to LOVE this product. Instead i have to bun my hair up and hide it from everyone with a hat. Thank God it's winter. I look terrible. This color washes out my face.

I have been on the hunt for a comparable, Demi, permanent hair color for one be Paul Mitchell Shine, and it has been a long journey and finally I have found something very comparable. Deep dark color and has a very nice shine. Easy to apply. Thank you pravana finally someone to answer the needs of people who love and only use PM shines. They are completely discontinued so it was so hard. Thank you
