Damaged the first time I used it
I guess it’s the airlines fault but it’s still pretty frustrating. Next time I’ll buy cheaper bags

Great
When I was I the office 2 different people came in with problems and they were IMO taken care of. Their luggage was repaired and one was actually replaced. But one thing I am still waiting for luggage covers. They were supposed to be in at the same time
