Great product but lag bolts might be an issue

Customer support, design and engineering were flawless. Easily handled with pictures and measurements. Everything came in a timely manner and undamaged. Comes with 3” lag bolts, the top 1 1/2” of the bults are smooth. If doing through 2” thick boards lag will spin. Fixed by buying fully threaded lag bults.
