4 Arm Rotary Clothes Airer Washing Line

I ordered a rotary dryer by mistake 1 with a stake you have to put in the Ground .I didn't realise I'd ordered the wrong 1.I wanted a freestanding 1 as I don't have a garden .I got intouch after 10 minutes to cancel my order but was told it had been dispatched (Which I don't believe) and I would have to tell the courier to return it.I spoke to the postman who knew nothing about it so wouldn't take it back .I've had an absolute nightmare trying to get intoch .I finally spoke to someone yesterday morning at 9.10 who said he would call me back .28 hours later still waiting no call back .VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED With this company .I will not be ordering again . Nothing wrong with the product just the company

Lovely item but it arrives with the clothes line too tightly wrapped. I was unable to open the airer fully.
