I’ve been ordering your bothered for seven years now and I love them. First thru Good Nature, now thru you. Same bottles, great look.

Received what I ordered

85% of the time I don't have an issue at all. 5% I've received melted/disformed bottles in which I was given a minor discount on next order. Also don't like the fact that I don't have option for white caps when ordering 12oz square bottles. I always have to write that in as if it's a special order, then email to ensure I'm not getting whatever other color I had to choose. What's even more crazy is if I choose another size bottle I can get white caps. Go figure
