A Good Guide

I use it here in Utah to ensure that all the reports I write cover the legal requirements for a good prosecution. I've been going to court less since using this book.

It was excellent. Very informative and learned allot of great tips.

Great Resource

I use this book along with the PC/RS, South Carolina Search and Seizure Guide, and Supreme Court Case Law Guide with all my recruits in field training. All of these books, specifically the Bullet Proof Report Writing, have allowed all of my new officers to exceed their report writing expectations while in field training. HIGHLY RECCOMEND
