Replacement Battery for Dignity Lifts DL1

I was so impressed, pleased and relieved to have Jim personally answer the phone and help me with my D1 lifter battery replacement. He sent me email answers to my questions with video links on how to remove and install my new battery. He helped me overcome the problem that the lift would not go up far enough to remove the old one due to the battery being dead. Helping an 80 year old woman living alone whois mechanically illiterate with patience and step by step instructions was angelic. I was proud to have been able to be able to do it myself. It would have not been possible without Jim going above and beyond. He even sent me a rescue charger with a return label to send back after using it. In all honesty it was super easy to switch out the batteries once the height of the seat was worked out. Many thanks.
