I received this costume for my daughter and it was missing some items from inside the costume. I was worried because I had not used this company before and I thought I might not get a replacement if they were out or not in time. I reached out via email and had a response back right away and a new costume was in the mail the next day. It arrived complete and my daughter is so happy. The customer service for this company was amazing. So helpful and willing to make things right. I wish all companies were as helpful and responsive.
