I’ve been buying K Swiss tennis shoes for over 30 years, same size, 12M and never an issue until now, although their new styles lack the great out of the box comfort they were once known for. These shoes have a narrower toe box and are slightly shorter. It feels like your foot is encased in a shell of hard plastic with no flexibility. Totally disappointing. You had a great product known for superb comfort and consistent sizing. Don’t know why you had to screw around with it.
