I took a month and half to ship

The website made it seem like shipping times were 1 - 2 weeks. Customers support did little to support or update me on the status of my plant. Furthermore, I got shipped someone elses package in the meantime.

I purchased a small cutting which was exactly as pictured and it made it in pristine condition. I was incredibly happy! The attention to detail and safety and care was awesome.

I absolutely love how big the plants are when I get them. They always have really clean roots, and I pot them up typically in their pon, and they grow super well in my home. The seller always packs with care, and they are always helpful. I was able to combine my orders as well to save on shipping, and they even held my order so it could ship this week instead, which worked out perfectly. I will definitely order more from TBS.
