Expected better quality for the price paid. Band is small - need a larger size. Shipping was a nightmare- finally arrived and had to pick it up at a FedEx office. Expected better from Timex. And apparently came from abroad, not from US. Misleading ad.

Nice product, inept service. 10 days after I purchased my watch, I still had not received a shipping notification or any order update, so I contacted Timex and the AI customer service bot told me that it hadn’t shipped yet and they hadn’t even processed the order. Later that day, customer service informed me that oh yeah here you go here’s a shipping notification. So I’m not sure what they were doing for 10 days but I was not impressed. My Mets fan mother loves the watch, but I missed her birthday because of the inexplicably delayed shipping.

This watch is actually nice looking and seems to work all right. I would change the size to a larger option for adults with larger writs etc.
